BEMIL Views

On Thursday, the Republic of Korea Army Aviation Command conducted long-range tactical and maritime formation flights with AH-64E Apache attack helicopters over the eastern front and the West Sea as part of the 2025 FS/TIGER exercise.

The training involved approximately 10 Apache attack helicopters and was conducted to enhance both land and maritime operational capabilities while demonstrating overwhelming military strength in response to potential enemy provocations.

Major Lee Ki Hyun, commander of an Apache attack helicopter company, stated, “If the enemy provokes, we will completely neutralize them with the Apache’s rapid maneuverability and overwhelming firepower. We are fully committed to protecting South Korea and its people.”
